Sandra is uniquely able to assist private practice firms and lawyers with talent, people and career related matters by drawing on almost three decades of executive search and law firm leadership roles. Commencing her career in executive search in the 1990s Sandra was part of a team that was retained by the Board of Management of a top three firm to appoint its first Chief Executive. She went on to hold leadership roles in law firms in New Zealand and internationally. In those roles she developed a deep understanding of law firm management and the unique characteristics of a private practice lawyer’s career.
