Sandra 

Gilliam

Sandra is uniquely able to assist private practice firms and lawyers with talent, people and career related matters by drawing on almost three decades of executive search and law firm leadership roles. She understands that in private practice, revenue, pricing, brand, and client attraction all link back to one factor – your people.

Commencing her career in executive search in the 1990s Sandra was part of a team that was retained by the Board of Management of a top three firm to appoint its first Chief Executive. She went on to hold leadership roles in law firms in New Zealand and internationally. In those roles she developed a deep understanding of law firm management and the unique characteristics of a private practice lawyer’s career.

Clients rate her ability to introduce them to high calibre candidates who are the right fit in terms of style and experience and provide advice on all areas of people related matters in the private practice context.

Lawyers trust her to represent them in confidence and to provide sound advice and insights.
